Brief
One of The SharePoint Agency's New Zealand wide clients requested an Rental Vehicle application to manage their rental vehicles. The Power App was to be used by their employees at each hire store to dispatch vehicles on their outings.
Solution
The resulting PowerApp collected the following information
- Vehicle details
- Hirer details and signatures
- Driver details and signatures
- Agreement details
Once the hire wizard is completed by an employee a document was emailed to the depot manager and the hirer with all of the above information collated for their future reference.
Upon return of the vehicle the depot just needs to check the vehicle in to complete the hire.
