One of our clients with locations across New Zealand requested an application to manage their rental vehicles. The app would be used by employees at each hire depot to dispatch vehicles for rentals.
The app enables users to capture essential information, including:
- Vehicle details
- Hirer details and signatures
- Driver details and signatures
- Agreement details
Once the hire process is completed, a hire agreement document is automatically generated and emailed to both the depot manager and the hirer.
When the vehicle is returned, the depot simply checks it in to finalize the rental.
Additionally, the app offers features for managing the fleet by adding or removing vehicles, as well as viewing current and past rentals, hirer details, and driver records.
