One of our New Zealand wide clients requested an application to manage their rental vehicles. The app was to be used by employees at each hire depot to dispatch vehicles on their outings.
The app allows users to collect the following information
- Vehicle details
- Hirer details and signatures
- Driver details and signatures
- Agreement details
Once the hire wizard has been completed a hire agreement document is generated and emailed to the depot manager and hirer.
Upon return of the vehicle the depot just needs to check the vehicle in to complete the hire.
The application can be also be used to add or remove vehicles from the fleet. View current and past rentals. View hirers and drivers.
